How to Make Pumpkin Prosecco
Boil pumpkin cubes
Throw the boiled cubes into a blender
Add ginger & cloudy apple juice
Blend it into a puree
Then pour 50ml into a champagne flute
& Top up with prosecco
This is the perfect autumn drink, it can also be used with butternut squash if you didn't pick a pumpkin this year!
