7 Things You Can Do This Quarantine-Halloween

Halloween is vastly approaching, and a couple of months ago it was looking promising. But, now the UK is going back into lockdown, with some parts in Tier 3 (yep, that'd be me in Liverpool).

So I thought I'd list 7 things you can do this Halloween, that doesn't involve any partying or mixing in social groups. (Boo I know)

Decorate Your Home

You don't need to have a big party to decorate your home, and it doesn't have to be expensive either. You can find loads of cheap yet really cool decorations from Poundland, B&M, and many other retailers.

See if there are any Halloween Drive-Thru Events in Your Area

Lots of events are taking place all over the world to accommodate the current COVID-19 situation. (No clue why I've just called it a situation, but you know what I mean). If you type in events near you, something is bound to come up.

If you live in the North West of England, we have a Halloween Drive-thru currently in Manchester. You can get tickets to this event here.

Do Something With Your Hair

For Halloween this year, I have given myself a pumpkin coloured e girl streak. You can take a look at my hair on my insta here.

I figured I probably won't dress up this year so why not do something else to get in the spirit?!

Make Halloween Treats

The BBC have lots of great recipes you can check out here.

Between you and me, making sweets will be extra special this year with no trick or treaters, it's time to treat yo'self instead!

Have a Zoom Party

Now, I have vowed to never have a Zoom party again, I am honestly sick of them, but for Halloween I would consider it, I mean why not?

Seeing your friends in silly costumes is bound to put a smile on your face.

If you do want to hang out with friends in person, why not meet under the full moon?

Yep, you're in luck, there is a full moon this Halloween!

I am currently in the highest teir in the country, and I believe I can meet in a group of 6 outside still. So this is completely legal if you and you friends want to camp out somewhere and enjoy the full moon.

This is rare and is said to only happen every 18-19 years, so why not make the most of it?!

... & Of course - watch scary films

Going to the club maybe cancelled, but Netflix aint.

Get the duvet in the living room and put on some of your fave horror films.

I hope you have enjoyed this blog, please keep an eye out for a cocktail blog coming in the next week - it's halloween themed!
